I coordinate teams, vendors, implementation work, adoption, and KPI tracking so AI does not stay a side project.
Governance
Tool rules, privacy constraints, approval paths, quality boundaries, and AI Act / ISO 42001-aligned governance where relevant.
What this is not
This is not a slide-deck role or cheap automation labour. It is operational ownership across decisions, systems, people, and measurable outcomes.
